revise vs edit
revise vs review
revise vs modify
https://www.englishforums.com/English/RevisedVsModified/gdmdg/post.htm
The underlying idea with revise is look again at something, and then change it.
The underlying idea with modify is make minor (ie not big) changes to something.

revise:
[+ object] : to make changes especially to correct or improve (something)
§       Please revise this essay.
§       We have to revise our plans because of the delays.

Modify:
[+ object]
: to change some parts of (something) while not changing other parts
§       We can help you modify an existing home or build a new one.
§       He modified the recipe by using oil instead of butter.

Cambridge Dictionaries
revise:
to look at or consider again an idea, piece of writing, etc. in order to correct or improve it
His helpfulness today has made me revise my originalopinion/ impression of him.
His publishers made him revise his manuscript three times.

to change something such as a plan, opinion, law or way of behavior slightly, usually to improve it or make it more acceptable

得到常用的用法包括 in a modified form, 以及 a modified version

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students are
more interested in politics today than before.

學生introduction:
While some people tend to think nowadays students have a tendency to be even impassive in political events, others seem to disagree with it.

Due to my job, I can keep ameliorating my professional financial knowledge.
